"You can measure a man by how he handles adversity." -me

“A man who is master of himself can end a sorrow as easily as he can invent a pleasure. I don't want to be at the mercy of my emotions. I want to use them, to enjoy them, and to dominate them.”

Oscar Wilde

“A man is but the product of his thoughts what he thinks, he becomes.”

Mahatma Gandhi

“If a man wishes to rid himself of a feeling of unbearable oppression, he may have to take hashish.”

Friedrich Nietzsche

“Any man who reads too much and uses his own brain too little falls into lazy habits of thinking”

Albert Einstein

Thanks to all on the dead geniuses who got me through a rough day!!!

Where are my Rays of Sunlight?

This week has been stranger than ussual. Alot of anxiety running through me. One of those where you just don't feel right. While you and I know the memory of bad experiences passes with time, why can't time go by faster when we feel this way? This is just temporary and really makes you look forward to the good times. Waiting for these good times can be painstaking, and seem to warp perceptions of time.

Why are good feelings so overlooked, but the bad are burnt into our memory?

Why can't we just put that good feeling into our back pocket and pull it out when we really need it?

I could definatly use a back pocket warm feeling.

I love all of you.
